This is a video of Richard Baxter, DMD, MS, releasing a tongue-tie of a 27 year-old man who had an undiagnosed tongue-tie almost to the tip of the tongue. The patient had a history of mumbling and chronic neck pain. Dr. Baxter preformed the frenectomy with his LightScalpel CO2 laser at the following setting: SuperPulse at 2 Watts – 29 Hz 1450 mW.
